Teaching facilities
In addition to classrooms for general use, the Department owns also intern hotel, intern café, hospitality workshop, cook teaching room, cooking workshop, baking workshop and cuisine R&D lab. The intern hotel is located at the 6th and 7th floors of the Research and Development Building. It is one of the biggest intern hotels nationwide with 48 rooms. Room services and customer services could be practiced right within campus. The intern café is located at the 1st basement of the same R&D building with more than sixty seats, including VIP private space for twenty seats. Business experiences could be learned through real practice on purchase, marketing, serving, cooking and accounting operation. It is fair to say that the teaching facilities of the Department are quite remarkable among all universities in the country.
